Every organisation has hurdles to overcome and puzzles to solve when it comes to growth and generating a legacy of impact.

Creo Consultancy is designed to empower faith-driven charities by enhancing their strategic direction, strengthening their leadership effectiveness, and developing overall organisational health.

Your problems, possibilities & potential

We consult with boards, executive teams, and leaders of organisations who want to shape their organisations for the future landscape, and help them build in four key areas:

Mission, Vision & Values

We help you refine and align these foundational elements to ensure they truly reflect your charity's core purpose, inspire your team, clarify your message externally and influence your culture.

Organisational Audit

We conduct a thorough review of your charity’s structure, processes, financial model and culture to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.

Leadership Roles & Responsibilities

We work with you to develop clarity on the structure and roles within your leadership team to enhance cohesion, alignment, accountability, and overall impact.

Strategic Clarity & Direction

We assist in defining and communicating a clear, actionable strategy that drives your charity towards its long-term goals. What should you stop, start and change? An external voice will help your process.

Some of our Clients

  • "We knew what many organisations know; that what got us to where we are is not enough to get where want to be. We were impressed with Creo from start to finish. Highly professional, sensitive to context history and culture, thorough and with excellent follow-through. I would not hesitate to recommend Creo to any organisation wishing to take a thorough root and branch look at their operation in order to maximise potential. An excellent service from an excellent team."
